Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your Triumph product(s) purchased through this website, Triumph will gladly accept your return for a full refund, or exchange, for up to 30 days after the online purchase date. Returns received by Triumph after the 30 day period, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Please note:

  • In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned garments must be in the original sale condition - clean, unworn and unwashed with all ticketing still attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear (excluding bras) may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided when returning your goods.
  • Original freight charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.

How can I return garments?

Simply complete the return form contained in your package and send your parcel to the return address below.

We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return (incorrect size, not what you wanted, etc.). This will help us to further improve our offering in future. Please repackage the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages. Ideally, please re-use the original wrapping.

No returns may be made to retail stores. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to incorrect merchandise shipped.

Following our receipt of the product, your Return/Exchange will be processed within approximately 5 business days.
