My order has not arrived when I expected it to, what can I do?

How do I cancel an order?

What happens if items are missing from the delivery but listed on the invoice?
This should not happen. You delivery invoice should reflect exactly what has been delivered. Please contact us and we will rectify this.
RETURNS & REFUNDS FAQS
Can I return online purchases?
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to Triumph for a full refund or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned in a saleable condition within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. Returns received by Triumph after the 30 day period, are not eligible for refund or exchange. No returns may be made to retail stores.
Your Return/Exchange will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of the returned product.
Important: In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned garments must be in the original sale condition – clean, unworn and unwashed with all ticketing still attached.
How do I return garments?
STEP 1: Please package the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages.
STEP 2: Please include the return form sent along with your order completely filled-in.
STEP 3: Send your return form and the items to the following address: Triumph International South Africa , 11 Warbler Close Montague Gardens 7441
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Shipping costs are only refundable where the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.

We acknowledge all email and contact requests via the website within 48 hours. For a quicker resolution contact our customer service teams by telephone
Will you have stock of the items that I have ordered?
We do our best to make sure that we have stock on hand of everything offered in our online shop. We update the website daily and monitor stock of products closely. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes we will not be able to deliver certain items you have ordered.
How do I know what price I will pay?
The individual price of each item purchased online is calculated with any promotional discounts applied when you check out. The price you see online is the price that you will be charged when your order is fulfilled.
Can I Order By Phone or Email?

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed or not?
When your order has been successfully received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received; fulfilment of your order may be impacted by stock availability. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries about your order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This depends on the contents of your order and your delivery location. Items are delivered in two to six days.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver both locally and nationally.
What does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address and the items that you have ordered. In general, delivery fees are between R80 and R135.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No. We are happy to deliver anything you order, with no minimum order.
What happens if there is no-one home when you deliver?
We will try to arrange for an alternative delivery option with you, but we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee if we cannot do this and need to deliver at another date and time.
Why do you not deliver to all of South Africa?
We are working hard to add new delivery areas, so if we don’t currently deliver to your area, please keep checking back. If you would like to recommend that we add a particular area, please send us an email with details of your request (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Do you deliver to other countries outside of South Africa?

What products and services are available from Triumph Online?
We offer a selected range of merchandise for online shopping across all the categories we sell. We make every effort to ensure that the products shown are accurate and available to be delivered when ordered.
FINDING PRODUCTS FAQS
How do I find items to shop for online?
Our products are grouped into category shopping areas such as Bra’s Panties, Sports etc. Within these categories, products are divided into sub categories. You can click on or hover over these categories to see further breakdown. You can further refine your search by, for example, colour or size. You can also use the search box in the top right-hand corner of the website. Just type in the box the name of the item you are looking for, for example, “bra”, “string”, or “brief”. The website will show you all products that contain your searched word in the description.
Why are some products not available for delivery to my address?
We do not yet deliver to all addresses in South Africa. We are continually adding more delivery areas. If you would like to suggest a new area for deliveries please send us an email with your details click here
Are my Credit Card details safe?
Yes! We use the highest standard of encryption when passing payment information between your computer and our website. In addition, credit card details which are used for payment on our website are handled according to international best-practice standards with key data removed and encrypted. We do not record or retain any of the PIN or CVV numbers which are used for authentication of your card.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your order by credit card, including MasterCard and Visa. Please note: Some Debit Cards will allow you to make purchases on our website, but you may find that an outstanding authorised amount appears on your account statement for some time after delivery of your purchases.
Can I pay cash or cheques on delivery?
No. We are only able to accept card payments via our website. You can use the following South African cards: MasterCard and Visa.

We provide our online shoppers with the opportunity to share what they think about our products with us and all of the visitors to our website. You can rate any product based on your opinion, and also write a detailed review to share with others if you wish.
I have written a product review, why has it not appeared?
We follow a process of ensuring that reviews which we publish do not contain content which is potentially hurtful, malicious or defamatory. Reviews which contain good factual and constructive feedback, whether positive or negative, are likely to be published.
