Shipping Policy

Our online store currently delivers to addresses within South Africa only.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days, after receipt of your order and payment. We anticipate delivery of your goods to be within 2-6 working days commencing on the date that we send you our Dispatch Confirmation. Prior to checking out, you will see estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the next day or the day after. If your order was placed on a Friday, the order will be shipped on the following Monday.

All orders will be sent via Fastway Couriers. Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time, using the parcel's unique tracking number. You will be advised of this unique tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. To track your order from this page, go here.

Delivery rates are charged by order, not by item and rates are as follows:

The Fastway delivery service offers daytime delivery only between 08:00 – 17:00 and all parcels require a signature. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left at your address notifying you of the correct procedure to make alternative delivery arrangements, at no additional cost to you. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If an order is placed with us and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs which will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please note that delivery charges include automatic insurance of up to R1 000.00.
